Kim Szukaitis is Director of Packaging Engineering at BSM Partners and comes with over 30 years of packaging industry experience.   She has experience in a wide range of industries, including industrial packaging, consumer goods packaging and food packaging.  Working in research and development for the food industry for the past 18 years, she has gained a wide range of knowledge in food packaging, including liquid and dry goods, coffee, and pet food packaging.  In this role, she will be able to use her industry wide experiences to help customers develop packaging, solve problems and support sustainability initiatives.

Kim has a Bachelor of Science in Packaging from Michigan State University and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University.
