Beth Jarvis is the Director of Product Innovation. In her role, she is responsible for delivering new products to the pet care market from idea inception through all stages in development both domestically and internationally. As a seasoned professional, Beth has a strong sense of ownership which drives her commitment to excellence from project leadership, strategic planning, and maximizing operations to deliver results.  

Beth holds a Master of Science in Food Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
