Oksana Lylak brings over 20 years of diverse professional experience to her role as Director of Packaging Engineering at BSM Partners. Throughout her career, she has worked across a broad spectrum of industries, including Automotive, Consumer Packaged Goods (specifically food and beverage), Chemical and Hazardous Material Packaging, and Pet Food.

Her extensive background has equipped her with a unique ability to quickly master new technical concepts and identify opportunities for improvements that extend beyond the packaging development process. Oksana is known for her comprehensive, solution-driven approach to problem-solving, which has proven invaluable in the development of packaging for new product launches, line extensions, and cost-saving initiatives.

In addition to her technical expertise, Oksana has led teams, managed technical training programs, and developed packaging specifications. Her passion for packaging is matched only by her love for her pets, driving her commitment to excellence in every project she undertakes.

Oksana holds a Bachelor's degree in Packaging Science from Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA from Waynesburg University.
