Dr. Niles is a Principal of Business Transformation at BSM Partners, where he consults with some of the leading global brands, including, Walmart, Tyson Foods, State Farm, and FlipKart, as well as venture capital firms and start-ups.

Frank holds a Ph.D. in Political Psychology from the University of Houston (University Park) and is founding partner and past managing partner of Scholar Executive Group, a boutique executive coaching and counseling firm.
