Doug Cleary is the Director of Innovation Engineering for BSM Partners. Doug has over 30 years of experience as a senior technician, lead engineer, technical team leader and project manager on a wide range of projects involved with the automated systems used in the Food Processing, Resin Manufacturing and Themed Park Industry. He has also been involved with the global start-up and commissioning of product lines and has extensive experience with onsite trouble shooting and resolution of technical problems. He has developed equipment troubleshooting and preventive maintenance programs for a wide range of manufacturing equipment and has created new and modified existing controls to eliminate downtime and to greatly increase yields and efficiency.

Doug served in the US Army as an M1A1/M60A3 Armor crewman, with duties ranging from loading, driving, gunning, and commanding and was responsible for all aspects of combat readiness.
