Lee Ann Hagerty is Director of Operations for our consumer insights team, which leads an unprecedented data and insights initiative to elevate the pet health ecosystem. She brings a unique combination of project management skills with consumer insights, product design, animal nutrition, and sensory science which drives an in-depth understanding of the pet and consumer, through 29+ years in the pet food industry, working for Iams/Eukanuba, Procter & Gamble, and Mars Pet Care.

Lee Ann has a passion for helping dogs and in the last year+, she has fostered over 22 dogs. Many were seniors who had lived their entire lives outside as hunting dogs and now have happy furever homes.
