Ray Sierengowski is the Assistant Director of Product Innovation at BSM Partners. He is an accomplished food scientist and innovation director with 25 plus years of experience driving product planning, go-to-market strategy, and product lifecycle management from definition through execution in the food and nutrition industry. 

Ray has a proven track record of developing product concepts and working with manufacturing teams within innovation-led companies; defining and developing the innovation strategy for a portfolio of brands from conception to commercialization; identifying key industry competitors and evaluating their strategies to determine areas of opportunity, and managing business relationships and establishing immediate rapport with clients/stakeholders. 

Ray enjoys working through areas of opportunities during plant trials and has worked in several areas of extrusion as well as USDA facilities. Ray graduated from Oakland University with a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Food and Health Science.
