Mange partnerships between BSM, Clients, manufacturers, suppliers, etc. to enable effective and efficient management of all projects.
What do you do outside of BSM Partners?
Give back to the community, especially in my youngest daughter’s birth country, Guatemala. We sponsor 3 children and 3 pets there as well as ensure the families receive any support they may need. We also rescued a dog from Guatemala who was a street dog and raised on rice and tortillas. She has been with us for 2 years.

How long have you been with BSM Partners?
Almost 1 year
What do you do at BSM Partners?
I am on the FSQAR Team. We help with everything from label reviews to audit prep to exports and everything around and in-between. Never a dull moment with food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory but I love the energy and constant changes that go along with this group.
What do you do outside of BSM Partners?
My favorite human on the planet is my grandson--Bennett Luke Madrid. He is my reason for all I do (as well as the rest of my family).

What do you do at BSM Partners?
Consultant in Product Innovation; Develop/formulate diets for treats and pet food.
What do you do outside of BSM Partners?
I love to kickbox in my spare time. I also like to take my dogs to the beach and hike different trails in the PNW.

About the Authors
Lee Ann Hagerty is Director of Customer Enrichment and Consumer Insights on the BSM Product Innovation team with 29+ years in the pet food industry, working for Iams/Eukanuba, Procter & Gamble, and Mars Pet Care. She brings a unique combination of project management skills with consumer insights, product design, animal nutrition, and sensory science which drives an in-depth understanding of the pet and consumer. Lee Ann has a passion for helping dogs. Over the last year and a half, she has fostered over 22 dogs. Many of them were senior dogs who had lived their entire lives outside as hunting dogs. She has been a foster pet parent for many years, and it brings her great joy to see these pets find fur-ever homes where they live with families indoors with love and care.
Jennifer Longbine has industry experience with FSQAR since 2002, in both human and pet foods. She formerly served as Director of Food Safety at BSM Partners.
Lydia Molnar is a former Product Innovation Manager with BSM Partners. Lydia has a diverse background, having worked both in the pet food industry as well as the human food industry. In her free time, she likes to attend farmers' markets, try out new food places, travel with her dogs, and watch movies with her boyfriend.
