BSM Partners wanted to create a space where listeners could gain inside access to the minds of trailblazers and front runners within the pet industry. We are excited to share our informal conversations with CEOs, leading veterinarians, major retailers, co-manufacturers, influencers, and brands from across the industry. This podcast gives pet parents and industry professionals an understanding of the people working behind the scenes and their unique stories.

Dr. Megan Sprinkle and Steve Cauthren are the amazing hosts that will guide you through each conversation; they will ask groundbreaking questions that will not only give insight into the guest’s career but also their personal experiences and philosophy on life. Megan, Steve, and Whitney are not new to the podcast and social media world, and each individual brings their own valuable experiences to the team. Dr. Sprinkle has a podcast called Vet Life Reimagined, a podcast for veterinary professionals interested in all the ways a career could look in the profession and seeking inspiration and encouragement. Steve has a podcast called Points of Failure where he about the failures his guests have experienced, both personally and professionally. Whitney Russell has a following on social media platforms, like TikTok, where she shares her property investing experiences.

About the Author

Whitney Russell formerly served as a Senior Analyst for BSM Partners, where she worked with customers to formulate a variety of canned, kibble, and freeze-dried diets for dogs and cats. She has previous laboratory expertise with various techniques to accurately prepare raw materials, wet-finished products, and dry-finished products for laboratory testing. Whitney is currently a Project Manager with Naterra International, Inc.
