BSM Partners welcomes talent acquisition expert to growing team

BSM Partners, the largest full-service pet care research, consulting, and strategy-to-shelf product innovation firm, continues to expand its expert team with the addition of Carrie Kearney as Talent Acquisition Manager. In this exciting new role, Kearney will be responsible for leading BSM Partners’ recruiting efforts to acquire the best talent within the industry to continue to elevate our expertise.

With over twenty years of experience in corporate recruiting, Kearney has worked across both large and small companies to build effective, high-performing teams, including at Walmart, Amazon Web Services (AWS), J.B. Hunt, Tyson Foods, and Simmons. She has successfully filled positions ranging from internships on a manufacturing floor to executive management.

Kearney has a bachelor’s degree in anthropology from the University of Arkansas. She currently resides in Northwest Arkansas, where she collaborates with team members at BSM Partners’ newly established office in Lowell. In her free time, she enjoys listening to a wide range of music, reading suspense novels, taxiing kids across NWA, vacationing in the tropics, chilling with her cats and dog, and extremely hot yoga.
