BSM Partners Appoints Oksana Lylak as Director of Packaging Engineering

BSM Partners, the largest full-service pet care research, consulting, and strategy-to-shelf product innovation firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Oksana Lylak to Director of Packaging Engineering. In this role, Lylak will lead the development and implementation of innovative packaging solutions, enhancing product quality and sustainability for BSM Partners' diverse clientele.

Oksana brings over 20 years of extensive experience across multiple industries, including Automotive, Consumer Packaged Goods, Chemical and Hazardous Material Packaging, and Pet Food. Her diverse background has honed her ability to swiftly master technical concepts and identify improvement opportunities beyond traditional packaging development processes.
